For purposes of this Sweepstakes, all times refer to Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”). Complete and submit the Sweepstakes entry form (“Entry”). Information required on the entry form consists of your first name, last name, email address, date of birth, gender (optional), address, city, state, zip code, and telephone number(s) (daytime and evening) where you can be reached between the hours of 6:30 P.M. and 9:30 P.M. EDT on 5/12/04. All required Entry Information must be completed in full. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries must be received by 6:00 P.M. EDT on 4/30/04. Sweepstakes starts at 12:00 noon (EDT) on 4/1/04 and ends at 6:00 pm (EDT) on 4/30/04. Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the contiguous Continental United States (except residents of Alaska, Florida, Hawaii, Rhode Island), 21 years of age or older as of entry date. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
FIRST PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations at the Avalon Hotel (ARV $400), dinner for two at a Los Angeles area restaurant (ARV $150) and a V.I.P. tour for two (2) of Paramount Pictures (ARV $75) Prize does not include transportation to the Los Angeles area.
SECOND PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive a private screening for you and 50 friends in your hometown (ARV $500) and an autographed one-sheet poster of "LELAND".
THIRD PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive a Paramount Classics DVD Pack to include a selection of five (5) DVD titles selected by Sponsors (ARV $125).
Total ARV of all prizes is $1,250.
Acceptance of prizes constitutes consent to use the winner's name, likeness and entry by Paramount Classics for editorial, publicity, and advertising purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner. No substitution for prize except by sponsor in case of unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. Employees of Paramount Classics, a Division of Paramount Pictures ("Sponsors") are not eligible.
